The UPS Returns® service package streamlines and simplifies your returns process and offers you a cost-effective way to manage returns efficiently and meet your customers' need for quick and easy returns. With UPS Returns, you or your customer can prepare returns.

As soon as the process is complete, your returned packages can be dropped off at any UPS service provider or dropped off at a UPS drop box or other locations that accept UPS packages for shipment. You can also arrange for the collection of returned packages by contacting a UPS office.

UPS Returns

UPS Returns offers you several options to create a return label that you can attach to the original shipment or to separate correspondence with your customer.

Print UPS Return Label - Allows you to create return labels for outbound shipment or mail the label to your customer.

UPS Electronic Return Label - allows you to create a return label and email it to your customer.

Print and Ship UPS Return Label - Allows you to have UPS create a return label and send it to your customer.
