Calculate time and cost

The Calculate Time and Cost application helps you find delivery dates and times for all available UPS freight and parcel services in more than 220 countries and territories. You can also use the Calculate Time and Cost application to calculate shipping costs for a variety of UPS services in many of the countries that UPS serves.

How to calculate time and costs

The Calculate Time and Cost application is located on the Shipping tab of ups.com.

1. From any page on ups.com, select the Shipping tab.
2. Select Calculate time and cost.
3. Follow the instructions and make a note of the required fields (required fields are marked with a required field).

About delivery time

UPS allows you to calculate the delivery time of any shipment that UPS delivers anywhere. When calculating delivery time, we will show you a variety of options you can choose from to get your shipment to its destination. You can see the delivery time for each delivery option, as well as the latest pickup time. With the option to quickly update your shipments and see your results instantly on the same screen, you can use that information to make the best decision to ship your shipment.

About shipping costs

The Calculate Time and Cost application helps you compare guaranteed delivery times and published shipping costs when shipping UPS shipments to destinations around the world. With the Calculate Time and Cost application, you can:

1. Check rates in the local currency of the country of origin
2. View rates and edit shipping details for multiple packages
3. If necessary, calculate the cost of value-added services.
4. Review the summary of rate information in an easy-to-read chart.
5. See plan details, including zones, only when you need them
6. Sort your results by time or cost
7. Receive international delivery dates and times for door-to-door service (including customs clearance)
8. Information on shipping costs is not available for all countries. If the Calculate Time and Cost application is not an option for the countries you have selected, contact your local UPS office for information on shipping costs.

The shipping costs shown are estimates based on the information you have provided. Other shipping costs may apply and your final shipping costs may vary depending on your UPS account number and how you deliver the package to UPS. For more information, see the applicable UPS rate and service guide.

Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs clearance fees. Other shipping costs, surcharges or value-added services may apply and your final shipping costs may vary depending on the characteristics of your shipper and the requested characteristics and services of the packages actually delivered to UPS.
